It has been nineteen long years since the previous host club graduated Ouran, and moved on with their lives. They never lost contact and can be commonly seen dropping in on each others lives and businesses. Tamaki and Haruhi kept growing closer, and after a fateful trip to France, Tamaki finally got the courage to ask his Beloved daughter out. They are now happily married with a family and the two have never been happier.
But while the rest of the males moved on and accepted their loss, Hikaru Never did. Moarning never having Haruhi, he was eventually forced into marrying by his mother. Loyal and madly in love with her husband, Haruhi is starting to fear for her sanity, due to Hikaru's actions.
Hikaru's wife is the poor young girl he tourmented as a teenager, and even though he has changed due to Tamaki, she can't help but feel lonely in her loveless marriage. She is reaching the boiling point and has already threatened Hikaru with Divorce. Can she sway his heart finally, or will he do something drastic to get Haruhi?
Ouran high School is prospering under the control of Tamaki, and girls in their thousands appily for the school every year, in hopes of meeting the handsome Superentendent. But a young boy who idolised Tamaki and is exploits at the Host Club, is working at setting up the Host Club again.
Tamaki is over the moon and works hard day after day to help the young man recreate the glory of the Host Club. But no matter how hard he tries he keeps hitting a glass wall with the old Host Club's names on it. Nothing he does is enough, everyone knows and remembers their reign, and living in their shadow is starting to wear the poor boy out. Digging deeper and deeper into the Host Clubs records, he discovered a secret that could shatter all that the Host Club stands for. Will he bring it out to the world or will love of his Idol save the old Host Clubs reputation.
